First amendment

This article is about violating the first amendment because every kind of people, has different religion and different types of clothes for example. in ARIANA situation she should of know if she could wear a piercing but the teacher should of talk to her because every people have different kinds of believe. And my opinion i think what you do to your body is private , and you cant have people to judge you ,you could wear what ever you want as long as you feel comfortable and believe who you really are
